Gift card terms & conditions<\/b><\/p>\n

Gift cards can be redeemed against any of the items in the online shop at www.mudthing.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Gift cards can be used within one year of the issue date. After a year the cards expire.<\/p>\n

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/p>\n

Gift cards will be used as payment to cover (i) the cost of the chosen items from our shop, (ii) VAT -if applicable- and (iii) shipping\/handling fees. If the total cost of the order is more than the gifted amount, a STRIPE payment link will be sent to the recipient, where they can safely pay the rest of the balance by credit card.<\/p>\n

VAT (21%) will be charged on redeemed orders shipping within the European Union. All other countries are exempt from VAT upon acquisition of goods within the EU. Our non-EU orders usually ship without issues, but please be aware that the recipient may be liable for border taxes within their own country.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

Our MUDTHING digital gift card might be the very thing to help you out of your predicament.<\/p>\n

When you purchase one of our gift cards, we\u2019ll email you a PDF with a unique code and with the same image and text as you can see here in the photo. You can then either print out your card \u2013 A4 folded in half – or forward it to the person of your choosing. If you\u2019d like us to personalise your card, please leave the name of the recipient in the \u201cadditional information\u201d box at the bottom of the page, below your billing details.<\/p>\n

How to redeem items with our gift card
\n<\/strong>To redeem items from the MUDTHING online shop, recipients of the gift card must contact us by mail emma@mudthing.com<\/a> , stating their full name, unique code on their gift card, the items they\u2019d like to purchase and their shipping details. We are a small business and, for the moment, we cannot automate the use of gift cards in our online shop.<\/p>\n

Once we have received the order and shipping address, shipping costs and VAT (if applicable) will be added and a receipt of payment sent to the recipient by email.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the cost of the total order is less than the gifted amount, we\u2019ll issue a new gift card with the remaining balance.<\/p>\n

If the cost of the total order is more than the gifted amount, a STRIPE payment link will be sent to the recipient, where they can safely pay the rest of the balance by credit card.<\/p>\n
