How to redeem your gift card
To redeem your gift card, email emma@mudthing.com with your full name, gift card code, the items you’d like to purchase and your shipping details.
We’re a small business and gift cards are currently redeemed by email rather than through the online shop.
Once we receive your order and shipping address, we’ll calculate any applicable shipping costs and VAT and email you a payment receipt.
If your order costs less than the value of your gift card, we’ll issue a new gift card for the remaining balance. If your order costs more than the gift card value, we’ll send you a secure Stripe payment link to pay the remaining balance by card

Gift card terms & conditions
Gift cards can be redeemed against any item in the MUDTHING online shop.
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The gift card value can be used towards the cost of the chosen items, VAT where applicable, and shipping and handling fees. If the total exceeds the value of the gift card, we’ll send a secure Stripe payment link so the recipient can pay the remaining balance by card.
VAT and customs
Orders shipped within the European Union are subject to 21% VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU are not charged EU VAT, but the recipient may be liable for import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by their country.
